We offer easy returns on all orders — whether the product is damaged, wrong, or simply not as expected.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must inform us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide photo or video proof (preferably an unboxing video for damage-related returns)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or are not in original packaging
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Returns without proper proof or request within the 7-day window

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all orders, whether the product is defective, incorrect, or simply not as expected.

To request an exchange:

  • Inform us within 7 days of delivery
  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging
  • Provide photo or video proof, especially for damaged or incorrect items

We’ll replace the product at no extra cost. If you’d like a different item, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
